This data includes, but is not limited to: Aggregated performance metrics (e.g., Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR), and General property details (e.g., property name, city, quality tier).

c) Usage Data and Cookies

We collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include information such as your computer's IP address, browser type, and browser version. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service. We use third-party services like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Market Pulse uses the collected data to provide and improve our Service, create aggregated and anonymized market data for benchmarking, manage your account, and monitor service usage for improvements.

We do not sell or rent your Personal Data or individual Hotel Performance Data. We may disclose information to third-party service providers like Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), SendGrid (email), and Google Analytics, who are obligated to protect your data.

We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active, and will delete it within 1 year of account termination. Anonymized and aggregated hotel performance data is retained indefinitely for market analysis.
